We like the adjustment of attention. The everyday usually gets asked to step aside so it won’t spoil the view. Here it earns a place in the composition. The argument between “beautiful” and “what am I looking at?” suddenly becomes more interesting than the scenery.
Try noticing a colour or rhythm where you would normally crop something out. Not everything needs a moodboard. But one with no accidents at all can look a little too well behaved.
