Mother Design describes an unusual start to Purple Garden’s identity: a session with a platform practitioner and automatic drawing exercises. Creative Boom covered the project on 28 October. The studio’s case study shows organic lettering and a warm purple palette.
Set the mystical promises aside: good graphics alone prove nothing about the service’s abilities. We’re interested in an earthly problem: keeping the character of a free drawing as it becomes a small symbol, an app screen and a repeatable set of elements.
Spontaneity is easy to show on one beautiful poster. It’s harder to let the next designer continue without repeating the entire ritual. Look at both exceptions and rules: where variation is welcome and where support is needed. Inspiration may have mysterious origins. Files handed to a team should probably have understandable names.
